At PlayfulMinds, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since we ship our educational toys and children's books worldwide, we maintain a clear and fair return policy.

Returns: > You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: > If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at playfulminds.shop@gmail.com with photographic proof. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund immediately at no extra cost to you.

Refunds: > Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
